Refund Policy
Last updated 28 September 2026
Refund window
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours (1 day) of the charge. Requests made after that are not accepted. Paid content can be viewed and saved as soon as a plan starts, which is why the window is short.
How to request a refund
Email support@pastpaper.cc from the address on your account within 24 hours of the charge, and say which charge you want refunded. Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles returns and customer service for all orders.
How long it takes
We aim to process refund requests within two business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. The same 24-hour window applies to a renewal charge, counted from that charge.
To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before it renews. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Free trials
Where a plan includes a free trial, you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Once the trial turns into a paid plan, the 24-hour window runs from that first charge.
Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 24-hour window from the date of the charge. After that, no part of an annual term is refunded, but you can cancel to stop it renewing.
Misuse
Refunds are not a way to use the Service for free. Specifically:
- A refund ends your access. When we refund a charge we also cancel the subscription it paid for, and paid features stop. You keep your free account, your saved work and your progress.
- Repeat cycling. If an account repeatedly subscribes and refunds, we may decline to sell it a further subscription. We will tell you if we do.
- Bulk extraction. Downloading or scraping large volumes of content and then refunding is a breach of the acceptable-use section of our Terms of Service, not a refund. It may result in the account being closed.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under consumer law in your own country. If those rights give you a longer refund period than the one above, the longer period applies.
