Reporting a problem with a question
If a question, mark scheme or topic tag looks wrong, the quickest route is the report button inside the Service — it attaches the exact question so we can find it immediately. You can also use the support page.
Billing and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. You can email us and we will help, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, Paddle's buyer support site.

The Service is operated as pastpaper.cc from the Republic of Korea. For our full legal and registration details — for example if you need them for a formal complaint or a rights-holder enquiry — email support@pastpaper.cc and we will provide them.
